About Us

Born in Bogota, Colombia, Ms. Westerberg grew up in New Jersey and graduated from CUNY Law School. She spent her first four years after graduation handling all aspects of affirmative and defensive immigration matters. In 2019, Ms. Westerberg and her young family returned to New Jersey, where she worked in a firm handling affirmative and defensive immigration cases and federal court litigation, as well as family court, and municipal court matters.  Ms. Westerberg formally launched Westerberg Law Firm in September of 2021 to better enable her to serve, empower and strengthen our community. 

With the launch of Westerberg Law Firm, Ms. Westerberg sought to create a law firm that is both well equipped to zealously fight for our client's positions and priorities AND responsive and respectful of our clients' goals. 

Ms. Westerberg is a proud member of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey, and a former officer on the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rican Bar Association of New York. She is also a member of the Military and Veterans Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She and her family are actively involved in Team Red, White and Blue, an organization that works to enrich veterans' lives by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity.
